Hello Digital World!
This is another blogpost attempt by me after abandoning blogging for years. I hardly believe that it has been well over 5 years since I wrote a post! So much has happened and before you know it, your younger, childish self has turned into this brand new adult with so much characteristics difference.
I have also decided to archive some of my previous blog posts in my blogger site. In contrary to the reason being of embarassment (nonsense phase is part of maturing, y'all), I decided to archive them because of the irrelevant content. I used to treat the blog as my own diary, where I share all my ramblings, reviews, and just overall opinion of the world. At this point of time, I just think that not all of people's opinions need to be shared, especially those which you knew the answer to. I remember my friend used to quote this for me:
"When you are sharing your story to the world, only 10% will actually care. 90% of people just want to hear for the sake of gossiping"
Hence, the thoughts to revamp.
So, what has changed with me over the years?
1. I got a professional career, quit, and going to grad school
Can you believe that? The younger version of me would never imagine myself quitting a job to go for post-graduate course. I did not even know what I was about to do after finishing my bachelor degree! But here I am, writing in the middle of night, in a country I never imagined to live in, attending grad school for major I truly interested in. More of this story to come.
2. Lovetalk: dating in millenial era.
Tinder, coffee meet bagels, okcupid, You name it. There are so many platforms exist nowadays just for the purpose of finding partners or one night stands, instead of actually going out to crowds and socialize. Once I enter mid-twenties, my opinions about love has changed by lots. We will cover this too in upcoming posts.
3. Self-love is important
People are struggling each day to love themselves, especially with all advertisement and media that constantly make you compare with others. The more you mature, the more you realize that you don't need acceptance from everybody to be you. Instead, yourself is the toughest critics of you being you.
4. Youtube debut
If you go to my Youtube channel now, finally you will be able to see 3 fresh new videos available! After much deliberation, I finally make my youtube debut to realization, despite not being in perfect condition.
5. Travel
Being an avid traveler with goal to cover all countries in major continents before I settle down is an ongoing ambitions! I will surely share my previous travel tips and recommendations on this site.
What to expect on this blog then?
Weekly posts.
Self-reflects
Travel reviews
Everything
All with the lack of care on trends/ people opinions. After all, we need to truly embrace what we love, aren't we?
If you are new to here, welcome to my revamped blog and hope you will enjoy my next journey on this platform.
Onto the next one! Cheers!
